Universal Screen Arts Inc is Hiring a Custodian Near Middlefield, OH
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety in our Hudson warehouse break room, walkways, and restrooms.
Essential duties and responsibilities include :
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and clean or dust surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and break rooms
- Spot clean walls and carpets
- Sweep and clean up exterior patio areas and empty trash
- May require assistance in replacing light bulbs, sidewalk maintenance, general yard / parking lot pick-up, light general maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Prior custodial / janitorial experience in office / industrial environment preferred
Compensation details : 15-15 Hourly Wage
